I acknowledge that I am enrolling as a Craft Trainee student for my personal knowledge of the trade. I am “NOT” an apprentice who is being sponsored by a participating employer of the apprenticeship program. I will “NOT” be registered with the Florida Department of Education. Should I fail to comply with any of the policies, I understand I may be terminated from the course and will not be issued a refund.

Furthermore, I understand my trainee’s tuition will be prorated if I decide to withdraw from the course before the beginning of the 2nd day of class; thereafter, it is non-refundable.
