**Room block will be divided equally between hotels based on availability.   Lunch takes place at Governers Club; Cocktail Reception and board meeting breakfast both take place at Hotel Duval.

All guests will be emailed a detailed agenda from Carol Bowen and their respective chapter once they register, but should be prepared to arrive in Tallahassee on 01/21/2025 in time for lunch (11:30am) and typically, each chapter concludes their work by lunchtime on 01/22/2025
